He also obtained the qualification of Trade Mark Practitioner from the South African Institute of Intellectual Property Law (SAIIPL) in 2015. JJ manages our global team of Attorney Client Managers. He also specializes in international trademark filings, litigation, copyright, passing-off and related Intellectual Property Law matters.JJ Thiart is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa and a qualified trade mark practitioner. He obtained his LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch. JJ worked as a trade mark practitioner at two big intellectual property law firm in South Africa and abroad. JJ Specialises in trade mark prosecution and trade mark litigation, including copyright, passing-off and domain names.
